Ontario is reporting 213 new COVID-19 cases Thursday.
The province also reports 14 people have died although several of the deaths occurred in previous months.
Twelve of the deaths happened between February and May and are now being reported due to a data cleaning initiative
The data is based on more than 23,500 completed tests.
Health Minister Christine Elliott says there are 44 new cases in Toronto, 31 in Peel Region, 18 in York Region, and 17 in Windsor-Essex.
There are currently 110 patients in intensive care with COVID-related critical illness and 77 on ventilators.
The province says 58,213 doses of a COVID-19 vaccine were administered Wednesday for a total of more than 19.7 million.
More than 80 per cent of people in the province aged 18 and older have received at least one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine and over 71 per cent are fully vaccinated.
Of the province’s 626 long-term care homes, at least four are in an outbreak including Arbour Creek Long-Term Care Centre in Hamilton, and The Village of Tansley Woods in Burlington.
An active COVID-19 outbreak indicates that the home has at least one lab-confirmed case of COVID-19 (in resident or staff) and the local public health unit or the home has declared an outbreak.
