A 31-year-old Ohsweken resident is facing several charges, including attempted murder, after two people were allegedly assaulted last weekend.

Six Nations Police were called to a home on Bicentennial Trail shortly after 1 a.m. Saturday.

Investigators say there was an interaction between people inside of the home, during which two people were allegedly assaulted.

One person was able to receive help from neighbours. They were then taken to a local hospital with severe injuries.

Police did not specify the severity of the injuries that the other victim sustained.
