Oakville Place is set to get a new over 120,000 square foot retail supermarket and entertainment complex, to be completed this fall.
According to a post by Nations Fresh Foods earlier this week, a new large-scale supermarket and entertainment centre will be installed into a two-storey layout at the Oakville mall.
The new complex will be built into the former Hudson’s Bay location in the shopping centre.
The original plan was for the complex to finish construction by 2027, but this week’s announcement alleges it will finish early.
The post said over 60,000 square feet will be dedicated to a Nations Experience supermarket, and another 60,000 square feet will be devoted to the Forever Young indoor entertainment centre.
Nations supermarkets often carry a broad variety of products and merchandise to support multicultural communities, especially for Asian and European residents.
The indoor entertainment centre will be designed for families, and visitors of all ages.
