No bail for Shania stalker

Bail has been denied for the Ottawa surgeon who pleaded guilty to stalking Shania Twain.

John Palumbo was told today that he will remain behind bars until mid-November. That decision, made in part because the presiding judge questions his mental state. As Cristina Tenaglia reports, the decision strongly upset Palumbo.
