Niagara police are looking for a man in connection with a credit card fraud investigation in Pelham last month.

Officers say a person had received a call from someone they believed to be from their banking institution on April 23.

They say the receiver of the call was told their credit cards had been compromised and suspicious charges had been made.

They were told that a courier would come to their house to pick up the credit cards and a new card would be issued within a week.

A man allegedly did show up at the residence, collected the financial cards and left the area in a vehicle.

The victim then reported to police that the incident was a scam.
