Niagara police locate vehicle used in Grimsby jewelry store robbery

Detectives have located the vehicle they believe was used in the robbery of a Grimsby jewelry store on Saturday as they continue to investigate.

Niagara police say they are continuing to look into the robbery that took place at Harmony Jewellers at 37 Main St. West, at around 3:50 p.m. on Jan. 18.

Investigators say they found the vehicle that was used during the robbery at 4:25 p.m. Jan. 18., in the area of Nugent Drive and Nash Road North in the City of Hamilton.

Officers describe the vehicle as a Ford F150 Lariat, with a red outline around the F150 badging on the front quarter panels.

They say there are also aftermarket tires on the vehicle.

Anyone with information or video of the vehicle or the six to seven suspects in the robbery are asked to contact police.
