Niagara police arrested a 67-year-old man from Lincoln Tuesday after reports of indecent exposure in the area of St. Volodymyr Crescent in Beamsville.
Officers say on Monday, on two separate occasions, a man had allegedly committed an indecent act and exposed himself while being fully within public view from the roadway.
Investigators arrested Colin Cobb Tuesday, and charged him with two counts of performing an indecent act.
Cobb remains in custody and is scheduled to attend a bail hearing at a St. Catharines courthouse Wednesday.
Detectives believe there could be other victims in this investigation and are asking anyone with information to contact police at 906-688-4111, option 3, ext. 1009747.
Anyone in the area of Volodymyr Crescent are asked to review any video surveillance and to reach out to police if they believe the suspect is observed.
