Niagara Falls fire on Lundy’s Lane

A criminal investigation was conducted and has resulted in the arrest of 2 Niagara Falls residents.

Charged with break and enter and arson is 22 year old Zachary Smith and 19 year old Jeremy Dixon.

On March 17th around 5:00 am Niagara Falls Fire department responded to a fire at 7230 Lundy’s Lane in Niagara Falls.

The fire started towards the back of the structure near a miniature golf course at Freddie’s Ice Cream.

Niagara Falls Fire Department estimates the damage at $900,000.
