Niagara Falls Hotel – break and enter

On March 18, 2016, just after midnight, the Niagara Regional Police Service arrived at a local Niagara Falls hotel on Lundy’s Lane near Dorchester Rd in response to a break and enter.
The suspects entered one of the hotel rooms by force and assaulted the male occupant of the room.
During the altercation, the male victim was stabbed multiple times with a knife.
The victim was transported to a local hospital where he remains in serious condition. The suspects fled the area shortly before police arrival, but have now both been arrested.
54 year old James Carson Sr. of Niagara Falls was arrested and charged with Break and Enter, Commit and Aggravated Assault and 47 year old Stephany Kirby has been arrested and charged with aggravated assault, and possession of crystal meth.
