Milton teacher charged with indecent act

A teacher at Hawthorne Village Public School in Milton is accused of exposing himself to a 15-year-old boy.

Scott Dempster, 36, of Oakville is charged with committing an indecent act, along with mischief.

Police say he’s been active in a number of child and youth groups.

They believe there may be more victims, and are asking them to come forward.
