Man’s body discovered in SUV

An autopsy was scheduled for Sunday on a body found in a burnt-out SUV in Mississauga.

Peel police now believe the man’s injuries were likely self-inflicted.

The man’s body and the inside of the vehicle were badly burnt, but the outside of the vehicle was otherwise untouched.

The SUV was found on the driveway of a home on the Queensway, west of Hurontario Street, just down the street from Trillium Health Centre.
