Halton police have arrested and charged a man after he allegedly grabbed and attempted to kiss a woman on a GO train in Burlington earlier this month.
Police say that around 8:45 p.m. on Nov. 14 the man approached the woman who was on a westbound train nearing Appleby GO Station.
The woman reported that the man — who was allegedly acting in an erratic manner — grabbed and tried to kiss her. When the woman quickly pushed the man away he went to another area of the passenger car.
The victim did not sustain any physical injuries in the assault.

The incident was reported to Halton police and members of the Child Abuse and Sexual Assault Unit began an investigation.
Bruce Pawlowsky, 41, of no fixed address was arrested on Wednesday in Whitby, Ont. The accused has been charged with sexual assault and four counts of breach of probation and is being held in custody pending a bail hearing in Milton.
