As McMaster University prepares to play for the Vanier Cup at the Rogers Centre in Toronto this Friday, CFL fans are gearing up for the big game to follow – the Grey Cup.

The city of Toronto has played host to the Grey Cup 46 times in its 100-year history. And while the 1962 Fog Bowl may stand out as one for the ages, there is one particular game that was without doubt the “dirtiest” game ever played: the 1950 Mud Bowl. Scot Urquhart was there for a replay of that storied contest today on a high school football field, in Toronto.
