‘We are in a crisis’ Hamilton councilor calls for closer look at HSR system

Hamilton city councillor Sam Merulla wants to take a closer look at the public transit system, possibly scrapping fares so everyone could ride the bus for free.  A motion was being put forward at city council Wednesday night that would leave tax payers dishing out more money, an estimated $100 on average a year.
