A missing 61-year-old woman has been found safe, according to Hamilton police.

Rachel Bello was located by a concerned citizen Monday morning near Reid Ave. Police say she was “a little dehydrated” but is expected to be okay.

Bello was last seen on Sunday around 8:30 a.m. near her home. Police were concerned for her well-being and made an appeal to the public for help in locating her.

Shortly after 10:30 a.m. Monday, Hamilton police said she had been found safe and thanked the public for their assistance.
