Hamilton police charge wanted man from Belleville as part of human trafficking investigation

Hamilton police are looking for a man from Belleville who is currently wanted in connection with an ongoing human trafficking investigation.

Officers are looking for 33-year-old Ebunoluwa Tomiwa, who also goes by the name “Boon.”

They are looking for a Black six-foot-two tall man with a large build, who weighs around 250 lbs and was last seen with dreadlocks.

Police say Tomiwa is wanted for charges including trafficking in persons, procuring for sexual services, withholding documents and for trafficking persons for a material benefit.

Investigators say they also believe there may be additional victims and encourage anyone with information, or who believes they may have been victimized to come forward.
