A Hamilton man is demanding an apology and compensation, after police broke through his front door and took away his son only to release him later without charges.
According to the son, he was told what happened was a ‘misunderstanding’.

Video surveillance shows Hamilton Police conducting a drug search warrant early Wednesday morning at a home in Stoney Creek. It was raided as part of Project Trail Finder which resulted in 11 people being charged. Martin Lamb and his family were sleeping when officers broke in just before 6 a.m.

The family was taken into a room while officers went to his son, Cody’s bedroom. As can be seen from the family’s surveillance footage, 18-year-old cody lamb was then put in a police car and taken away. Cody was released without any charges after what he describes as 12 hours of interrogation. He feels he was guilty by association because he was friends with Matt Rhibar who’s been charged with the baseball bat beating of Noah Rabbani.

During the raid the front door of the family home was damaged and now Martin wants police to compensate him for it.
