Trevor Shaw, who played nine seasons in the CFL with the Tiger-Cats and B.C. Lions, is one of six new inductees to the Glendale Secondary Sports Hall of Fame.

Shaw, excelled at basketball and football. Other inductees included Bob Burns, Lesley Fraser, Brenda (Smith) Nelson, Kathy Morrison, and Jack Reid.

Congratulations to them, and also to the more than one thousand student/athletes who participated in the GHAC championship track meet. St. Jean de Brebeuf won the Hamilton Catholic team championship and the overall GHAC team championship. The amazing Christian Brennan from Hamilton St. Mary’s won 3 gold medals.
