Two men have been hurt after the car they were in collided with a large tractor pulling machinery in Fort Erie.

Police say the tractor, which was hauling a large drill, didn’t have any lights on as it went along Netherby Road near Sodom Road around 10 Tuesday night.

It was struck from behind by a car that was demolished. The 60 year old driver of the car and the 40 year old passenger were trapped. Both were taken to hospital in Welland with chest and other injuries. The tractor driver wasn’t hurt.
