Engaged cross-border couple still can’t see each other despite one being fully vaccinated

The slow rollout of the vaccine across Canada is starting to have serious effects on people’s social lives. An engaged cross-border couple haven’t seen each other since last March and despite one of them being fully vaccinated in the states, she still can’t travel freely into Canada.
