Double shooting in Toronto

Toronto police have identified a man who died in a double shooting on Saturday in a downtown park.

Police responded to a call about a double shooting in Alexandra Park in the Bathurst and Dundas area at about 4:15 in the morning.

Officers found two men suffering from gunshot wounds. One was pronounced dead at the scene.

He has been identified as 27-year-old Roberto Dixon of Toronto.

The other man was taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
