Court lets Rob Ford stay while appealing

Updated Toronto mayor Rob Ford will remain in office until at least the new year.

This morning a judge decided Ford can keep his job until his appeal is heard. While the mayor is relieved, Kate Carnegie reports some city councillors and Torontonians are not impressed.
