Ontario Provincial Police have laid charges in a fatal crash in Hagersville in December.
Emergency crews were called to Haldimand Road 55 and Concession 12 Walpole for a three-vehicle crash around 6 a.m. on Dec. 11.

The driver of one of the vehicles had life-threatening injuries and was taken to hospital, where he died.
He has been identified as Roy Strohm, 61, of Jarvis, Haldimand County.
The other two drivers had minor injuries.
Police say 23-year-old Zachary Tanner, of Arthur, has been charged with careless driving causing death and careless driving causing bodily harm following the police investigation.
