Brantford man hit outside hospital refused treatment

Niagara’s health system’s been taking a lot of heat recently for not responding directly to people suffering right outside emergency room doors.

But tonight a Brantford man is voicing a similar complaint. Chris Weaver says he was hit by a car right in front of the emergency entrance, hospital officials refused to bring him in for treatment – telling him to call 911 first.
