Brantford Fire

A man has died after an early Saturday morning house fire in Brantford. The fire broke out inside a home at Brock Street and Brock Lane this morning. Police say neighbours in the area rushed to the scene and rescued an elderly woman from the home, but were unable to reach her husband. The Ontario Fire Marshal office was called in to investigate. The identity of the victim died won’t be released until family members have been notified.
