Video of Justin Bieber at a Miami Beach police station after his arrest last month is expected to be made public today, with some sensitive parts omitted.
Miami-Dade county prosecutors say DVDs of about 10 hours of video will be released this afternoon. Bieber’s lawyers persuaded a judge to review the sensitive sections, including four clips showing Bieber urinating in a cup for a drug test.
The judge will hold another hearing next week after that review.
Bieber has pleaded not guilty to driving under the influence, resisting arrest and driving without a valid licence. He was stopped January 23rd after what police say was a drag race.
Police near Atlanta have decided not to charge one of Bieber’s drivers.
Terrance Johnson, 49, was taken into custody on
theft charges yesterday after a photographer said his camera was stolen during a confrontation with Bieber’s entourage.
One of Bieber’s bodyguards is due in court in Atlanta tomorrow on a charge of entering the photographer’s vehicle.
