Battle over Wainfleet turbines goes to court

Updated It’s shaping up to be a David-and-Goliath battle, pitting the little township of Wainfleet against Ontario’s wind energy industry.

Wainfleet’s being taken to court by one wind turbine owner, accusing the township of illegal blocking their efforts to put up five towers. Lauran Sabourin reports:
