Another Smith victim to get new trial

Another apparent victim of Dr Charles Smith’s flawed forensics has had her conviction overturned.

At an appeal Thursday morning, an Oshawa woman who spent 14 years behind bars for killing her young son was granted a new trial. And as Adam Atkinson reports there is a lot of pain in the court victory.
