AirCan reaches tentative deal
Within hours of the Harper government tabling back-to-work legislation, Air Canada has reached a tentative settlement with striking employees.
Negotiations were underway Thursday morning between the airline and the Canadian Auto Workers. Workers still have to ratify the deal. 3,800 Ticket agents and other workers walked off the job at 12:01 am Tuesday. One of the main issues in the dispute was pensions. Amanda Blitz has details:
