98th annual Fall Garden and Mum show at Gage Park

The colours of fall will shine as the 98th annual Fall Garden & Mum Show kicks off Friday at Gage Park.

The show will feature over 200 varieties of chrysanthemums and more than 76,000 blooms.

The theme of this year’s event is “Once Upon a Toy.”

Visitors will be able to enjoy various displays featuring toy-inspired floral designs like a  Mr. Potato Head, Snakes and Ladders, and a giant Rubik’s Cube.

There will also be daily workshops, a Family Zone for games, crafts and live entertainment.

Admission:

• Kids (6-12): $6
• Adults (13-54): $7
• Seniors (55+): $6
• Family pass (2 adults and 2 children): $20

The show runs from Oct. 26 – Nov. 4.
