2000 pot plants seized in Grimsby

The Provincial Joint Forces Cannabis Enforcement team along with Niagara Regional police have seized over 2000 marijuana plants from a residence in Grimsby.

On August 10, police executed a search warrant at the residence and arrested two men.

24-year-old Hui Bin Chen from St. Catharines and 24-year-old Xin Chen from Markham were charged under the Federal Cannabis Act. They are scheduled to appear in court at a later date.
