Hamilton police investigating attempted abduction

Hamilton police are investigating a report of a possible abduction in the area of Mount Albion Rd and Albright Rd.

On August 13, shortly after 3 p.m. a male driving a white SUV-style Jeep approached a female walking in the area and tried to grab her, telling her “don’t resist, get in the car”.

The female was able to physically defend herself and was able to run away. The male got back into this SUV and drove northbound on Mount Albion.

He is described as, white, late 40’s to early 50’s, medium build, 6 ft tall, short dirty blonde hair, short beard with a heavy accent. He was wearing black glasses, a green construction shirt with yellow reflective, dark blue jeans and white running shoes.
