The Lincoln County Humane Society is seeking assistance from the public to find the owner of a dog found that was found malnourished and in desperate need of grooming and care.

The small, male, Shih Tzu cross dog was found on January 15, near Arthur Street in St. Catharines.

The LCHS has provided medical care and grooming for the dog.

An investigation with the Ontario SPCA is taking place therefore, there are few details regarding the dog and those with information are asked to call the LCHS at 905-682-0767 Extension 7 or email 508@lchs.ca.
