General Motors recall

General Motors is recalling more than 10,000 vans in Canada and the U.S. because the fuel filler pipes can rust, leak and catch fire.

The recall affects Chevrolet Express and GMC Savanna vans from 2003 and 2004, with left-side cargo doors.

Salt and chemicals used to clear snow can get trapped near the pipe and cause corrosion.

GM says says it doesn’t know of any fires or injuries from the problem.
