Mother calls 911 after toddler gets stuck inside garage

A two-year-old child is back with his mother after a commotion prompted officers to attend a home in Norfolk County on Feb. 4.

A frightened woman called 9-1-1 after she heard something in her garage that sounded like someone was trying to break into her home.

Officers arrived on scene and found the woman’s two-year-old son was stuck inside the garage. The toddler had somehow managed to get inside the garage without his mother’s knowledge.

The child was not injured during the escapade and was swiftly reunited with his mother.
