Death of mother and son in east end home not suspicious: Hamilton Police

Hamilton Police say the death of a man and woman at an east end home is not suspicious.

Police confirm the bodies are that of a mother and her adult son who lived in the home on Tragina Ave. S.

A neighbour told CHCH News she called police when she hadn’t seen the pair in a few days.

Police found the bodies around 7:30 p.m. on Sunday.

An autopsy was performed to determine cause of death.

Hamilton Police say the deaths are not suspicious and called it a “tragic set of events.”

They say they have concluded their investigation and will not be releasing the names.
