E-learning frustration for both students and parents

Technical problems and growing demand, both the Public and Catholic School Boards in Hamilton say many virtual students still have had no access to their online classes.
Some parents say their children haven’t even been assigned a virtual teacher yet, and once the students are online, parents say glitches make it hard to learn. Kelly Botelho has the details.
