Trio arrested in Fort Erie drug trafficking investigation

Three Fort Erie residents are facing a slew of drug trafficking charges following an investigation by Niagara police.

Officers executed a search warrant at a home in the area of Forsythe St. and Waterloo St. on Friday.

Two men and a woman were arrested at the Fort Erie home and police seized roughly $3,000 worth of drugs including crystal meth, oxycodone, and psilocybin.

They also seized over $200 in cash, a prohibited knife and several items that police believe may have been stolen.

Sherry Frayne, 40, Nicholas Auclair, 39, and Brian Williams, 40, are all facing multiple drug trafficking charges.

The trio is being held in custody pending a bail hearing on Monday in St. Catharines.
