Canada is expanding a recall of certain Kinder products because the chocolates are linked to an outbreak of salmonella in Europe and the United Kingdom.
The Canadian Food Inspection Agency says there have been no illnesses reported in Canada.
A full list of the new recalled products can be found here.
The Agency says salmonella can sometimes cause serious and sometimes deadly infections in young children, pregnant women, the elderly and people with weakened immune systems.
It says healthy people may experience short-term symptoms such as fever, headache, vomiting, nausea, abdominal cramps and diarrhea. Long-term complications may include severe arthritis.
