Metrolinx says there will also be no GO Transit service at Appleby GO or Bronte GO.
If transit users are travelling towards Hamilton, they are being advised to expect a 15 to 25-minute connection time from replacement bus trips to regular route 18 bus trips at Aldershot GO.
Commuters can also take the route 18E bus from Aldershot GO about 30 minutes earlier or later than the usual route 18 trips.
There will also be some late-evening service adjustments this Friday:
Following the weekend service modifications, train arrival and departure times will be slightly adjusted on Monday, arriving and leaving up to five minutes earlier or later than regularly scheduled.
Metrolinx says due to ongoing track conditions between Niagara Falls GO and Confederation GO, trains are required to operate at a reduced speed.
