Four suspects face charges after robbery in Niagara Falls in August

Niagara police have made arrests in connection with the investigation of a robbery in Niagara Falls that took place on Aug. 10.

Officers say in the early morning hours, a male victim was allegedly robbed at two separate times near the intersection of Morrison Street and Victoria Avenue by four unknown male suspects.

Detectives say they were able to identify and arrest all four suspects.

All four have been charged with two counts of robbery and one count of assault with a weapon.

Investigators say two of the accused are classified as young offenders and cannot be named under the provisions of the Youth Criminal Justice Act.

The names of the other two accused are being withheld in an effort to protect the identities of the young offenders.

All four accused parties were held for bail hearings.
