Severe thunderstorm warnings issued in much of Golden Horseshoe
Environment Canada has issued severe thunderstorm warnings for Hamilton, Halton, Brant, Haldimand and Niagara.
Many of the warnings were lifted about an hour after they were issued.
CHCH News is not aware of any tornadoes that touched down in the area, but has heard of damage to many properties.
