Brantford police appeal for information, video after man found injured dies in hospital

Brantford police are asking residents for any information, dash cam footage or doorbell camera video related to the death of a man Tuesday night.

The incident happened around 9 p.m. in the area of Park Rd. North and Dunsdon Street.

When officers arrived, they found an injured man in the roadway, who was taken to hospital but despite life-saving efforts he was later pronounced dead.

Investigators are looking into the circumstances surrounding the incident and are asking anyone who was in the area during the time between 8:30 p.m. to 9:10 p.m., or anyone who may have seen the incident to contact police at 519-756-7050, ext. 2878 with the reference # 26-31227.
