Three Brantford residents are facing charges after a downtown parking garage fight led police to recover quantities of cocaine and fentanyl Thursday night.
Officers say they saw three people fighting around 8 p.m. while conducting general foot patrol in the area of the parking garage on Icomm Drive near Colborne Street.
Police intervened and as a result of the incident, three people were arrested.
When searching the first man, officers found 20.8 grams of cocaine and a quantity of Canadian currency. The 41-year-old man has been charged with possession for the purpose of trafficking a Schedule 1 substance.

Investigators say a 31-year-old woman was found to be in possession of 11 grams of cocaine, 1.7 grams of fentanyl, a quantity of Canadian and American currency, and a large quantity of gift cards.
Detectives say the woman has been charged with assault and two counts of possession for the purpose of trafficking a Schedule 1 substance.
Officers charged a second 41-year-old man with assault and causing disturbance.
The individuals were known to each other. Injuries sustained during the fight were minor.
