A two-vehicle crash in Fort Erie Sunday night has left a 72-year-old Welland woman with non-life-threatening injuries.
Police tell CHCH News that an eastbound vehicle lost control and ended up in the westbound lane, colliding with a westbound vehicle at around 6:25 p.m. on Netherby Road, west of Townline Road.
Officers say the only occupant of the westbound vehicle, a 72-year-old Welland woman, was taken to an out-of-region hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Police say the uninjured driver of the eastbound vehicle, a 38-year-old man from Fort Erie, has been charged with careless driving.
