Oakville Transit is expanding its Ride On-Demand (ROD) service starting Monday, providing riders with a new connection to the Bronte GO station, extending evening hours and adding service on statutory holidays.
The expanded ROD service now includes direct connections to the Bronte GO station for the Palermo West/Bronte Creek zone as well as extended weekday evening hours until 9 p.m. in the Southeast zone.
Additionally, transit riders in the North and Southeast zones will now have access to service on statutory holidays from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Oakville Transit implemented these changes following a recent service review and direct customer feedback.
Oakville Transit’s ROD service zones include North Oakville, Southeast Oakville, Falgarwood and Palermo West/Bronte Creek.
