Conservative MP Matt Jeneroux joins Liberal caucus

Matt Jeneroux, an Alberta MP, has left the Conservative party to join the Liberal caucus.

Sharing the announcement via social media platform X Wednesday morning, Prime Minister Mark Carney said, “I am honoured to welcome Matt Jeneroux to our caucus as the newest member of Canada’s new government.”
