Brantford police say a 28-year-old man and trucking company are facing charges following a multi-vehicle collision Thursday morning.
At approximately 10:40 a.m., officers responded to the intersection of King George and Powerline roads following reports of a vehicle collision.
Authorities arrived at the scene and determined that four passenger vehicles and one transport truck with a loaded trailer were involved in the collision.
They report all vehicles were significantly damaged and two drivers sustained minor injuries. One of those drivers was taken to hospital as a precaution.
As a result, the man driving the transport truck and a transport company have been charged with the following offences:
The intersection reopened to regular traffic following the investigation.
