Good Grief Gala creates space for healing and growth

‘Growing together around grief’ is the focus of an event coming up next month in Niagara region. Melanie Sodka is the founder of the Good Grief Gala and joined Annette to talk about the “one-of-a-kind community event created to break the silence around grief and loss while raising critical funds for women and families who need access to therapy but may not have the means.”

The Good Grief Gala takes place at Ravine Vineyard Estate Winery on Sunday, Oct. 26, 2025, from 11am-5pm.
