Ontario proposes legislation that would license temp agencies and recruiters

Earlier today, the Ford government announced that it’s proposing new legislation that it says would protect the labour rights of temporary workers hired by shady agencies. The Minister of Labour says many vulnerable people are working more, being paid less, and living in fear of speaking out and losing their jobs. Kelly Botelho has the details.
